This website at www.drochaid.com.au is operated by Drochaid Pty Ltd (“Drochaid”, “we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you are using the site on behalf of an organisation, you agree on its behalf too. Our handling of personal information is covered separately by our privacy policy.
What this site is for
The site describes products and services we deliver as a partner or reseller — including the NodeZero platform built by Horizon3.ai, Inc. and Hovermap products built by Emesent Pty Ltd — together with our own consulting services. The content is general information for Australian and New Zealand organisations. It is not legal, compliance, audit or security advice, and it does not take your organisation’s circumstances into account. Decisions about your security program, procurement or regulatory obligations should be made on professional advice specific to your situation.
Compliance coverage material
Our compliance coverage maps, kits and related pages reflect our best-effort analysis of where NodeZero’s testing produces relevant technical evidence for particular framework controls. They are not a compliance certification, an audit opinion, or a guarantee that any assessor, auditor or regulator will accept particular evidence. You remain responsible for your own compliance assessment.
Third-party statistics and claims
Product statistics, benchmark results, ratings and awards cited on this site (for example, pentest counts, customer counts, Gartner Peer Insights ratings and industry awards) are sourced from Horizon3.ai, Emesent and the named third parties, and were accurate from those sources at the date of publication of the relevant page. They may change over time, and we do not warrant them independently.
Intellectual property and trademarks
The content of this site — text, graphics, layouts and downloadable material — is owned by Drochaid or used with permission, and is protected by copyright. You may view, download and print content for your organisation’s internal evaluation purposes; any other reproduction or commercial use requires our written permission. NodeZero and Horizon3.ai are trademarks of Horizon3.ai, Inc. Hovermap and Emesent are trademarks of Emesent Pty Ltd. These marks are used on this site in Drochaid’s capacity as an authorised partner and reseller; their use does not imply that Horizon3.ai or Emesent endorses this site’s content, and all other trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site: no attempting to gain unauthorised access, probing or scanning without written authorisation, scraping at volume, interfering with its operation, or submitting forms with false or misleading details. Security researchers who believe they have found a vulnerability in this site are asked to report it to hello@drochaid.com.au.

The site links to third-party sites, including horizon3.ai and emesent.com. Those sites are not ours and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Liability
